Please note, while defects in Hot Tub and Outdoor Kitchens are rare, those that are found are typically covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Ask your sales associate for details as coverage varies between the brand and series purchased. Often times, it may be just a simple repair standing in the way of you fully enjoying your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your Hot Tub or Outdoor Kitchen purchase within 30 days of delivery, you may be eligible for a return. Products to be returned must be in the same condition as originally delivered. Hot Tub Superstore reserves the right to deny a return due to any defects that were not present at delivery. In addition, any new defects found may reduce the amount we are able to refund. The customer is responsible for any freight, delivery, or replacement charges that may occur in order to process your return. A restocking fee will apply to each returned item.
All sales on parts, chemicals, and accessories are final and not eligible for return. Cancellation and changes for a custom ordered product must be completed within 24 hours of initial purchase after which period, the order is processed and cannot be returned.
